HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A: Search for and download “CLFHealth” on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (for Android).
Q3: How to connect the APP to the Device C150S?
A: 1) Confirm that the Bluetooth on the phone is turned on;
2) Confirm that the C150S is turned on and have sufficient battery power;
3) Launch the app, tap “No Device” in the settings, select “Device C150”, and proceed to search for and connect to the device.
Q4: How to measure my glucose value?
A: 1) Click “Test/Measure”, enter your most recent known fasting blood glucose level (if known, leave blank if not) and the latest meal time, then click “OK”;
2) Simply place your finger on the sensor for measurement, ensuring the fingertip pad contacts the center of all four electrodes (two on top and two below);
3) The result will show up on the app in 60 seconds.

Q6: How should blood glucose calibration learning be conducted?
A: C150S devices can be calibrated in two ways,
1) To calibrate using an Abbott Freestyle glucose monitor, please refer to the “150 Dynamic Calibration” in User Manual.
2) Use traditional fingertip blood glucose meters for calibration; After clicking start, it is necessary to include at least 5 minimally invasive blood glucose inputs and 30 non-invasive blood glucose measurements. For detailed procedures, refer to the “150 Traditional Calibration” in User Manual.
Q7: What should be noted for glucose measurement?
- During testing, one should be in a sitting position with their arms relaxed on a sturdy platform. Keep their wrists relaxed and their arms in a natural state;
- Ensure that the fingertips are not injured, intact, and clean;
- Start testing only when the heart rate is stable;
- Do not test after washing your hands or when your fingers are cold. Start when your fingers are dry and the temperature is moderate;
- After intense exercise, please calm down before starting the test;
- Please remain quiet and do not speak during the testing process.
Q8: Under what circumstances should glucose calibration learning be repeated?
A: New calibrations should be added appropriately in the following situations: 1) when there are changes in the body’s metabolic status; 2) When the medication situation changes; 3) Fluctuations in blood glucose caused by other conditions.
Q9: What should I do if my glucose measurement is found to be inaccurate?
A: Ensure correct input of meal time and fasting glucose, and increase glucose calibration appropriately.
